Saturday-Tacos

Sunday-Pork loin roasted in peach chutney, sweet potato fries with fresh Parmesan and steamed broccoli

Monday-Chicken Tortilla Soup and cornbread

Tuesday-Italian Meatball Soup with Parmesan bites (refrigerator biscuits cut in thirds, dipped in melted butter and Parmesan and then baked)

Wednesday-Salmon patties and roasted red potatoes

Thursday-Chicken Cassoulet (crockpot)

Friday-Turkey burgers and macaroni salad
